1. Purpose

Capture actual production, rejection, stock and issues for management review.

2. Who Is Responsible

Factory Supervisor — counts, records and sends the report.

3. When To Use This SOP

At the end of each production day, after housekeeping and stock counting.

9. Escalation Rule

Inform Ram/Srinivasan in the report if target was badly missed, downtime was high, or rejection was abnormal.

10. Common Mistakes

Reporting target instead of actual produced quantity.
Omitting machine downtime.
Sending the report a day late.
