Purpose

A running log of every raw material load received — red soil, m-sand dust and cement — so supplier quality, quantity and acceptance can be tracked over time.

SOP 03 — Red Soil Receiving & Moisture Check (REDSOIL_RECEIPT_V1)
SOP 23 — M-Sand Dust Receiving (MSAND_RECEIPT_V1)
SOP 24 — Cement Receiving & Storage (CEMENT_RECEIPT_V1)

Rules

One row per load, recorded before/at unloading — not from memory later.
Material is one of: Red Soil, M-Sand Dust, Cement.
Any Hold/Rejected row must have a remark and be escalated to Ram/Srinivasan.
Photo is mandatory for every load (link or reference the photo).
